Beautifully landscaped grounds with a lovely pool area. The kids loved the playground. Check-in was slow and parking options were tough at times.

The room felt like a home away from home with a full kitchen and comfy living space. The staff welcomed us with big smiles and provided awesome service, making us feel special right from the start. The outdoor swimming pool and BBQ area were perfect for family fun and relaxation!

The location is fantastic, right next to shopping outlets and just a short drive to the parks. The children's playground was a hit with the kids. The room cleanliness could be improved; we noticed some dirt on the walls. Staff at reception seemed rushed and not very welcoming, which made the check-in a bit awkward.

The room has a great view of the main pool. The staff, especially Sherry at reception, is super helpful and really knows how to assist guests. Plus, the pool area is always spotless with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained.
Grabbing a parking permit from the timeshare desk is quite annoying.

The room was clean and felt fresh, with a comfortable bed that ensured restful nights. I loved the cozy size and the private balcony on the top floor overlooking the lake was a stunning feature. Water temperature and pressure in the shower were perfect, making for ultra-relaxing showers after busy days. I appreciated the mini kitchenette for easy meals. Noise levels were manageable, providing a peaceful retreat. the room needed some updates; the shower head was fixed and limited in function. it had the potential to be excellent with a few improvements.

Clean and well-maintained facilities. The pool area is impressive, with ample lounge chairs and constant availability of fresh towels. Convenient access to the pool before check-in and after check-out is a significant plus. Front desk staff excelled at accommodation. Our requests were met, including a thoughtful approach for my mother’s disability. The proximity to shopping and attractions is commendable, making travel effortless. there were notable issues, particularly with room cleanliness and service. Insufficient follow-up on complaints and lack of communication marred the experience. Staff training on service animal etiquette is essential—discussions around a working dog can be disruptive. Great potential here. A few adjustments would elevate this experience.

They tested the fire alarm and barged in while I was barely awake. Plus, the constant music from the closed pool area made it impossible to relax. Super frustrating!

Enjoyed the numerous activities and choices to explore at the resort, from sun-soaked pool days to nearby park adventures. Comfortable accommodations amidst scenic landscapes. It was hard to decide between a relaxing day at the beach or exploring the Japanese hills.
Just loved being woken up at odd hours by unexpected noises.

Gabby at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, and we appreciated the friendly and attentive staff. the room amenities, including the whirlpool tub and washer dryer, added to our comfort. the pool at the far end of the hotel was a nice and quiet retreat after busy days at the parks. the option for public transport without a car was convenient, and the easy access to the large shopping mall and supermarket made things even more enjoyable.

Pool and grounds were beautiful. Rooms were clean and luxurious, a major upgrade from another property nearby. Efficient pool and bar service added to the experience.
Check-in was a nightmare, arriving at 6 pm to find the room not ready, leading to a 40-minute wait. Staff seemed indifferent and unapologetic.

The location was perfect for watching the nightly fireworks show from our balcony and having convenient access to a deli and Starbucks on, site. We loved the quick text response service and complimentary room cleaning during our stay. The welcoming staff and fun activities at check, in added a nice touch to our family Christmas vacation.
We experienced issues like half of our stay without hot water and difficult parking situations after 5 pm. The noise from outside was disruptive, and our room wasn't adequately cleaned during our six, day stay.

Chillin' at the Med, style villas was epic. Hit up the dope beaches in SC and shredded the gnar in Breck. So rad!
Wish there was a sick nightclub onsite for late, night turn, ups. More lit entertainment would've been hype!

Let's start with the positives - the room was spacious with a large balcony overlooking the lake and a smaller pool. The large tub was a real treat, perfect for a long soak while enjoying the sunset and sunrise. The view of distant fireworks was an added bonus, truly magical. there were some issues that dampened our stay. The room had a musty smell upon arrival, indicating a possible mold problem due to a leak in the roof. This was concerning, especially for our son who has allergies. the hot water in the master room shower was an ongoing issue that required multiple maintenance visits. On a brighter note, the location of the hotel was convenient, especially for exploring Disney and Universal Studios. The presence of a Publix supermarket across the street was a big plus for quick food runs. The pool area was a hub of activity, but the pool bar closing at 9 pm was a bit early for those looking to unwind late into the evening. The dated rooms and slow elevators were minor inconveniences, and the lack of on-site restaurants meant we had to venture out for meals regularly. while the Hilton property had its charms and conveniences, the maintenance issues and room amenities left something to be desired. Despite these setbacks, the warm and helpful staff made the best efforts to accommodate our needs and ensure a pleasant stay.

The family, friendly atmosphere made it a perfect getaway. The spacious rooms and well, equipped kitchen provided ample comfort for our large family. The kids loved the proximity to the seaside village, adding an extra touch of charm to our vacation.
My wife says that the resort would benefit from having more children's activities.
